How does the free trial work?
Vero Pro and Vero Max start with a 5-day free trial if you have never subscribed to Vero before. Checkout collects your card and charges it when the trial ends, not when it starts. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage billing in your account settings opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel any time. Your account settings then show the date your paid access ends.
What counts as a stock?
One company ticker on your watchlist. Free keeps 3, Pro 25 and Max 100. The news, filings, scores and alerts Vero prepares follow the stocks on that list.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing is deleted. A full watchlist won't take another stock until you remove one or upgrade. Assistant replies and custom tool runs free up over a rolling 24 hours. If a Pro-mode answer would cost more credits than you have left, you get a Flash answer instead; with no credits left, the Assistant pauses until your allowance resets.
How do Assistant credits work?
Every Assistant answer spends credits from your monthly allowance: 1 credit for a Flash answer, 20 credits for a Pro-mode answer. Pro includes 600 a month (up to 30 Pro-mode answers), Max 2,000 (up to 100). Unused credits don't carry over.
Where does the data come from?
Company filings and figures from SEC EDGAR, end-of-day prices from IEX, and headlines discovered through the GDELT Project. Prices are end of day, never live. See every source.
Is this financial advice?
No. Vero is a research tool and a copilot: it reads filings, news and prices and explains what changed, with sources. It never tells you to buy or sell, and never places a trade.
