Vero agents

Agents that watch your stocks for you.

Give an agent one job, like watching NVDA. It checks that company's SEC filings every ~5 minutes and its news every ~15 minutes, uses end-of-day prices, and tells you what changed, with sources.

Agents are copilots: they summarize and organize, never give buy, sell or hold calls. Not financial advice.

Access

One keystroke away.

Press ⌘J (Ctrl+J on Windows and Linux), or tap the agents button in the bar at the top of Vero. Each agent opens as a chat window that keeps your conversation; while one runs, that bar shows what it is reading. On a phone, hold the Assistant tab.

Vero's agent launcher, opened from the bar at the top of the app: an “Ask Vero, or @ an agent…” field above a row of your agents (NVDA Tracker, Market Summarizer, Earnings Coach, Risk Monitor, Filings Reader), with “All agents” and the Ctrl J shortcut.

Privacy

Private by design.

An agent works with your own account's access, and nobody else can open your agents or their findings. It is read-only unless you allow more: changes arrive as proposals with Undo, and billing, account and email settings, and sending data outside Vero, can never be allowed. Its memory and your teaching rules are visible, editable and deletable on the agent's page. Chats are saved so you can pick them up later, and you can delete any chat anytime.

Questions about agents

How it works in detail: How Vero works.

What is a Vero agent?
A Vero agent is a specialized AI copilot inside Vero, the Intelligence Operating System for investors (verostocks.com). You give it a job, such as watching one company, and it checks new SEC filings, scored news, earnings dates and end-of-day prices for you, then reports what changed and why it matters, with a source for every fact. It never trades and never tells you to buy or sell.
Are Vero agents trained AI models?
No. Agents are specialized by your instructions, the companies you point them at, what they remember and your feedback. They run on Vero's AI models; they are not separately trained models.
How often does the Company Tracker check filings?
Every ~5 minutes, from SEC EDGAR's latest-filings feed. News is checked every ~15 minutes as Vero's news feed updates, and prices are end-of-day closes, never live.
Do Vero agents run 24/7?
Agents watch around the clock in this exact sense: new SEC filings are checked every ~5 minutes, news every ~15 minutes as Vero's news feed updates, and prices once a day as end-of-day closes (IEX data, published the next trading day, never live).
Can Vero agents see my screen?
Inside Vero, yes: an agent can see what you're looking at, such as the open company, the chart range, the dashboard panels in view or selected text. That information is sent as a short description, not a screenshot, and you can remove any item before you send. Agents cannot see anything outside Vero.
Can a Vero agent trade or tell me what to buy?
No. Agents are copilots: they summarize and organize information and never give buy, sell or hold calls. Vero cannot place trades.
Will an agent email me?
Only if you turn email on for that agent; it is off by default. Email goes to your account's verified address for findings above the agent's importance threshold, respects quiet hours and a daily cap, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
What can an agent change in my account?
Nothing by default: agents are read-only. You can allow a few workspace actions, such as adding a dashboard panel or setting earnings alerts; changes arrive as proposals you apply, with Undo. Billing, account, email and password changes, sending your data outside Vero and trading can never be allowed.
Do agents cost extra?
Agent limits for each plan have not been published yet. A run that finds nothing new makes no AI call and uses no credits.
